Contract
The services provided by Lestari Bali Wedding shall follow the published list of services as above based on the discussions between the "client" and "the Event Manager" to date. Any additions to the above shall be charged extra based on the cost involved.
Booking & payments
You will need to return a signed copy of the contract with a 30% deposit of the total fee. (1st installment) The complete payment structure has been divided into four easy installments. The last installment has to be paid one month before the wedding event, but there is some situation when a trendy wedding venue and its high wedding season, you must pay three months before the wedding event. We will inform you about these payment terms in advance, and please cooperate and understand.
All prices listed in Indonesia are required to use Rupiah prices according to regulations from the Indonesian Government. We will help you convert the price to another currency you want, making payments from other countries outside Indonesia easier.
All payments have to be made by BANK TRANSFERS or by cash. If you choose bank transfers, we don't responsible for any bank charges that may occur, and we only calculate the amount that we received, so please tell your bank that the recipient needs the total amount. If you use another currency, we recommend using the WISE transfer (Make it easier to pay with other currencies with a small admin fee).
Pricing
Lestari Bali's Wedding pricing policy is set up to ensure you have visibility of your event costs throughout the project. We will work within the budget you have defined. Any additional requirements will be catered to with the client's consent to pay the supplement cost. Several services we outsource on your behalfs, such as transportation, musicians, videographers, and photographers, are contracted on a time basis. If these times are exceeded, Lestari Bali Wedding reserves the right to charge you for any excess billing.
Refund & Cancellation
Regarding refunding unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance), the refund amount would be calculated based on the cancellation policy, as explained, and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that we will follow the terms and Conditions of every vendor and do our best for our client to get a refund, but every decision will still be on the vendor's side.
Lestari Bali Wedding must make notice of Cancellation. If you cancel the package after commencement, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount we could recover from the hoteliers and vendors we deal with. For unused hotel accommodation, Venue Charges, chartered transportation, and missed meals. Lestari Bali Wedding is not
responsible for refunding any amount.
Limitation of Term and Condition
Lestari Bali Wedding is only responsible for wedding planning or organizing family, attendants, and vendors for a wedding. Each vendor has responsibility for their work, goods, or services. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost of valuable guest items before, during, or after the wedding event.
If there is a private event at the villa. It will require a security deposit, and its cost depends on the villa. So every damage or loss incurred during the villa's occupation will be taken from the security deposit. After the event end, the rest of the security deposit will be refundable. The owners reserve the right to repossess the property if the client or any guest causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in unlawful activity.
